General Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with Royal Plastics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Amendments: Royal Plastics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Royal Plastics operates.

Products

1.  Product Range: Royal Plastics offers a variety of products, including but not limited to:
– PVC Transparent Boxes
– Gift Boxes
– Garments Boxes                                                                                                                                                                                                                              – Cyclindrical Boxes
– Hexagonal Boxes

2.  Wholesale Orders: All products are available for wholesale purchase. Minimum order quantities may apply and will be specified at the time of order placement.

Pricing and Payment

1.  Pricing: All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

2.  Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless credit terms have been established in advance. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified by Royal Plastics.

3.  Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. Royal Plastics reserves the right to withhold delivery of products until payment is received in full.

Delivery

1.  Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Royal Plastics is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

2.  Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

3.  Inspection: Upon receipt of the products, the buyer must inspect them for any defects or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to Royal Plastics within seven (7) days of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

1.  Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for defective products or discrepancies. All returns must be authorized by Royal Plastics and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.  Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned items, provided they are in their original condition.

3.  Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defects or discrepancies.

Warranty

1.  Product Warranty: Royal Plastics warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

2.  Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, the buyer must contact Royal Plastics with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Royal Plastics may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

Limitation of Liability

1.  Liability Cap: Royal Plastics’ liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the products sold shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

2.  No Consequential Damages: Royal Plastics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Miscellaneous

1.  Force Majeure: Royal Plastics shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or transportation delays.

2.  Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3.  Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
